My experience with AW Bridal was excellent. I ordered one size to try and returned it with no trouble. Then, I ordered the next size up to allow for easier breathing, with some custom measurements. The dress arrived as I'd ordered it. When I had a question for the company, they responded quickly with a satisfactory answer to my question. The dress is very pretty and feels like good quality.

I placed an order with expedited shipping for 5 business days. I submitted the wedding date and the required date, stating no tailoring was needed. Over a week has passed, and upon calling, I was informed that every dress requires tailoring and it would arrive 5 days after the wedding. We canceled the order, and the representatives were rude and combative. Now my daughter is in tears, and we need to find another dress. Avoid this place.

The reason for the 1 star, and I’m being generous, is due to the bridesmaids' dresses. The dresses look beautiful on the website, but when received, they are completely different. If the dress has a back zipper, it looks poorly fitted, requiring a seamstress for adjustments, which adds extra costs. Their sizing is inaccurate, even with custom measurements, leading to further alterations and expenses. The return policy is terrible, as you must pay for return shipping plus a restocking fee! The fact that you often need to take the dress to a seamstress for adjustments due to poor quality sewing, along with their awful return policy, ensures I will never purchase from this platform again! I ordered one dress through their measurements and another through their size charts, and both required costly alterations! NEVER AGAIN! I will ensure to inform others about these online stores. Do yourself a favor and visit a local bridal shop instead; it's cheaper.
