Review Time
They sent me a tracking number and tracked my package all the way frome Rome, Italy to Sonoma and then magically my package disappeared. They refunded my money but only after emailing me that they were ON VACATION and that I would have to wait 5 days. Never emailed me back and the money was automatically refunded. Which means that my package was never sent out because it would still be en route to me as you can't cancel shipping once it's on its way. Scam website don't use it.
Total letdown. After waiting for MONTHS without receiving my order and having to reach out multiple times, I finally got a replacement that is just a flimsy plastic cutout and looks nothing like what was displayed.
Fraudulent site. I ordered a decorative item that was promoted as stained glass. What I received was a low-quality 3D printed plastic piece with stickers on it. When I reached out to the support team, they insisted the correct item was sent and offered me $7 to drop the issue. Avoid this site.
IT'S A SCAM!! All the positive reviews sound the same! “Gadget” and “sleek design”. WHAT? I ordered something months ago and STILL haven't received it! They keep saying “we are contacting the carrier” about 5 times now. They’ve NEVER provided a tracking number despite my repeated requests.
One star for their quick responses. I ordered two sets of candles, each with two pieces. They eventually arrived, but I received false shipping information, as their link claimed it was shipped from the USA, while it actually came from China. The candles are smaller and of inferior quality compared to what was advertised, do not flicker, and lack a remote. The support team insists there's no issue with my order and offered a $3 refund or $6 if I cover the return shipping to China.
