Great company to deal with.Our trip to Turkey was cancelled due to Covid restrictions.Refunded within a really short time.Fantastic communication throughout and very easy to deal with.We will definitely use this company to book our next trip to Turkey just as soon as restrictions allow.Thanks to all the team out there especially Deniz.

Excellent service…

Denis at Kaden group is so easy to work with, the golf package was a fantastic deal, he done everything He could but our golf Holiday was cancelled due to covid!! Communication has been excellent throughout, the refund was sorted out in days…. No problems at all.I will book through Denis again without hesitation. Excellent service.

Absolutely amazing firm

Absolutely amazing firm. Deniz and katya have been an absolute pleasure to work with. With turkey still a no travel zone we was refunded within 1 day of cancellation. Would highly recommend this firm and will defo be booking with kaden in the very near future.

I have used Kaden Group and they are super friendly and very professional

I have used Kaden Group of travel a few times now and I have never had no issues. I booked through them last October 2020 staying at the Maxx royal. They went above and beyond to help us and reassure us when our return flight was cancelled. We ended up staying over 5 weeks at the Maxx Royal and they got us great rates each time. We feel like they are our friends, not just someone you book a holiday with. I highly recommend this company. You are in very safe hands and they are amazing friendly and very kind people, who want you to enjoy every minute of your holiday.
