After numerous emails, messages, sending documents, after 6 weeks trying to open a corporate account it was short, unable to assist with the opening.

Worst experience and no explination at all. I still have to receive an email response from the bank to let me know why and if I did not try to contact them there was no communication.

Worst banking experience ever.

Complete deception with fees. They demand a substantial 'onboarding fee' in advance, but as soon as payment is made, all communication ceases. I've been waiting for a month for my account to be activated. They’re not a financial institution; they operate as a collection agency for non-refundable charges.

Account Access Denied Immediately After Funding Attempt

My fully verified account with the service was LOCKED DOWN the moment I tried to fund it and order a debit card. This immediate lockout is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about a possible bait-and-switch tactic: enticing customers to deposit funds only to restrict their access. The support team has been completely unhelpful, offering only the vague response of "compliance reasons" and refusing to provide any details or solutions. This is not customer service; it feels like a blatant denial of access to my own funds. The company clearly prioritizes its interests over those of its customers, focusing solely on seizing capital. I DEMAND the immediate and complete restoration of my account, or an official, detailed, and written explanation for the closure. I will not accept further silence, and my negative public feedback will remain active—and increase—until this unacceptable situation is resolved. Your current actions have been a deliberate obstruction and a truly frustrating experience.

Very Disappointing Experience

I paid $350 for an IBAN in May 2025, never got to use it, and received an email in August stating it was no longer available. It took six months to get a refund. Each bank transfer requires justification; otherwise, they are declined. Transfers from reputable companies have been denied multiple times. All incoming payments need justification, and some have gone "missing." A transfer received over two months ago has still not been credited. The proof of transfer was provided, yet the issue remains unresolved.
