I have asked for this order to be canceled. This is the 3rd set of Peter rabbit coins that I am receiving. Don't think that they are to bright over there. This definitely needs to stop. Maybe they are in desperate need of money so they keep sending the same coins
Sent bk over $750 au worth of considering and got my own collection mixed up with them...its now been sitting at there warehouse gor 14 days and not touched....generic emails saying blah blah blah and same as chat...will change my rating if I ever get my goods bk valued at over 2$g au..
Love the coins thought,will think about buying from ebay if this keeps happing
Update a hour later....remember im in Australia,seems tgey package is in limbo for 15 days..sent to the place put of hrs

can confirm that the return was sent to the correct address; however, the package was delivered outside of our warehouse’s business hours. Because no one was available to receive it at that time, Royal Mail was unable to complete the delivery, which is why the parcel has been marked as “held” since 10 January.
To move forward, the courier will need to schedule a redelivery during our warehouse’s operating hours — Monday to Friday, within standard business hours. Once this is done and the parcel is successfully delivered, we’ll be able to process your refund promptly.

The quality in the workmanship of these coins is outstanding , some of them have travelled from afar like the UK , they are well worth the wait, the little characters are so cute and so magical that it makes them all the more special , they are worth their weight in gold , yes , very precious ☆☆☆☆☆

I want to alert others about this site. They withdrew money from my bank account on two separate occasions without my consent. I initially went to their website to leave a review, but it seems they have removed that section. I found another platform with similar complaints; over a dozen users have experienced unauthorized withdrawals as well. They sent me coins unexpectedly, which I never requested. To return them, I had to cover postage and insurance from Australia, as both shipments were valued over $400. When I first contacted a representative, they were understanding and acknowledged the lack of communication regarding the charges. I was advised to write a note and send back the items once received. Shortly after, my debit card details were used to attempt purchases in another country. My bank canceled my card and issued a new one. I emailed the company again to inform them of the cancellation and provided my new bank details for a refund once they received the coins. I received a response stating that their policy requires the same card for refunds and that I would need to track it down with the bank! This company creates policies that allow them to take money without permission and then makes it nearly impossible to recover it. I recommend avoiding this site! I still haven't received my refund.
I am very frustrated after ordering a specific package and receiving items I didn't expect. Initially, I got all the coins I ordered, but then I began receiving a book and collection coins I didn't request, while still getting coins from my original order. I want to cancel everything and get a refund. It's unacceptable to be charged for items I didn't order, and I am extremely upset about this!
Customer service has been good to me. My coin was misdelivered by the post office and customer service is going to send me a replacement when they get more coins in, mid-December, hopefully. I purchased insurance.
