The delivery time was changed multiple times due to a faulty light fitting. When it finally arrived, it was still defective, and my electrician advised against installation. Customer service was poor, with unfulfilled promises from the representatives. The wasted time and costs from rebooking the electrician far exceeded the lights' price. After about ten emails, I stopped communicating with them. It was not just the time and costs that frustrated me, but their refusal to take responsibility. I will be seeking a chargeback through my card provider. Please consider other options and avoid this seller.
The item I received was damaged, with the plastic cord exposing wires. Shockingly, instead of a standard return for a replacement, I had to pay for the return myself. I didn’t want to waste any more time with a seller that complicates business transactions.
