We reserved a one-bedroom villa at a charming location in Bali, and our experience was delightful. The villa was impeccably clean and well-kept, equipped with a full set of kitchen utensils and a refrigerator, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The bathroom was spotless and had all necessary amenities. Communication was primarily through messaging, and the staff were consistently proactive, responsive, and accommodating whenever we required assistance. All team members were courteous and greeted us warmly, making us feel truly welcomed. A special thanks to the representative for facilitating a smooth arrangement for a vegan cake for a birthday celebration. We also appreciate the entire team for the thoughtful birthday surprise, which added a lovely touch to our stay. The facilities were outstanding, featuring a sauna, jacuzzi, and communal pool. We particularly enjoyed the private pool in our villa, which provided additional privacy and comfort. Highly recommended!
