I placed my order on December 11th, two weeks before Christmas, expecting timely delivery even with standard shipping. However, a week went by, and my order hadn’t shipped. When I tried to cancel, they claimed there were cutoff dates for Christmas orders, which wasn’t true, and insisted on a 10% cancellation fee. I never got to try their service, but after seeing other reviews, I’m relieved I didn’t.

I really wish I had checked the reviews beforehand! Shipping was incredibly slow, and communication was almost nonexistent—strangely, they were quick to respond before I placed my order regarding a question about shelf life. After two weeks with no delivery, I reached out multiple times with no response. Eventually, I filed a repayment request through my bank, and shortly after, I received an email stating my parcel was with the carrier. I reached out again, but still no reply. It's disappointing as I usually support small businesses and have had good experiences elsewhere. My advice to the company: don't promise what you can't deliver, and please respond to your emails! I can't comment on the product quality.
I never received my order, which was for Halloween flavors placed on October 4th. They have a shelf life of just two months, and now it's Halloween with no marshmallows. There were no shipping updates for two weeks. Customer service was unreachable, and they don’t offer refunds under any circumstances. I spent $50 on three flavors! Avoid this seller.
I’ve only tried two out of the five flavors I bought: Lemon Meringue and Milo. The Lemon Meringue was just okay but had a strange taste, while the Milo was awful with barely any flavor and a chemical aftertaste. I’m disappointed and do not recommend buying.
I ordered expecting a premium selection of marshmallows, but it was a huge letdown. All the flavors tasted the same, and they were tougher than I expected gourmet marshmallows to be. Overall, it was a waste of my money, and I wouldn't recommend purchasing.
