I've done a few mentorships before, and this one was my favorite by far! They provide a vast amount of resources materials which are extremely helpful anyone new or experienced in the space to help fine tune your diligence, systems, automation, modeling, or underwriting skills, but my favorite part are the weekly calls with the other mentees. It truly feels more like a coaching program than just a classroom which some masterminds have lacked in the past. In these conversations you can get into the details of any topic on your mind and also benefit from the listening in on the conversations from the varying level of other investors in your cohort. Michael and Ryan are great people and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have the resources you need to achieve your MHP goals.
