Avoid this seller!! Dishonest and unresponsive.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They shipped the wrong part, included no invoice or packing slip for returns, and failed to respond to emails or chat messages. There's no phone number to contact them. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. This seller is dishonest and untrustworthy.

This seller is a scam

I ordered two filters for my washing machine but received the wrong parts in an Amazon box, even though I didn’t order from Amazon. I emailed them five times to return the items and request a refund, but received no response. They don't provide a phone number for complaints. I tried to file a claim through the BBB, but since they're based in England, they couldn't assist. Avoid at all costs.

I would give this so-called 'business' zero stars if I could. They're scammers. Here's what they do: they list specific parts and charge a high price, then find a cheaper part on Amazon that doesn't match your order. They ship that instead and pocket the difference. Forget about contacting them for returns; they don’t respond at all. The phone number they provide isn’t even connected.

Complete scam site

I ordered a part for my business, but it never arrived. There was no response from customer service, and they provided a bogus tracking number. I looked up their address and found it to be an old, abandoned warehouse. Total scam.

Hidden Amazon affiliate - poor quality parts!

I intended to buy a washing machine part directly and not from Amazon, but then I received an Amazon package. Their website doesn't disclose any Amazon affiliation, so this seller is misleading customers by marking up prices while selling Amazon products. The O-ring on the part was of very poor quality and overpriced. This seller is a front.

Return policy is a joke

This seller has a return policy, but you can't return anything because they simply do not respond to inquiries. It's one of the worst experiences I've had with a company, with zero customer service.

Order from somewhere else.

I ordered a part for my fridge, and due to an inadequate description it turned out to be the wrong part. So i followed the instructions on their website viz. returns, I followed up twice. They never responded. Order from somewhere else.

Not genuine parts, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

The parts I ordered are supposed to be made to match my specific stove but they are a completely different finish. I submitted a request for return authorization the day I received the parts but got no response to that email or to the two emails I sent subsequently. They have zero customer service and their items are overpriced for mismatched fakes.
