This product and company are both garbage, I’m going to make a formal complaint as they are running a scam.Buy one get one free plus free shipping, I was charged $9.99 for shipping!!Product arrived and it was so white that no one could use it, the “luxury “ brush was a laugh as it was so tiny and unusable.Emailed them 3 times and no responsibility.
This is a ZERO star. After reading the other complaints, there is no doubt this company is a complete scam. Same thing happened to me. I put items (BOGO + free shipping, supposedly) in my cart, and it submitted the order for two items (not BOGO) plus shipping for a total of $63.43. As soon as I got the "confirmation email", which looked pretty sketchy, I responded and told them to cancel it, but they did not cancel it. Many more emails. They promised a partial refund, which never happened. I finally received the package with both items and nothing is as advertised. The product is complete junk, and I'm so angry that they got almost $64.00 from me.
My experience with one of the fake companies they run was the same as others. I put an item in my cart in order to find shipping cost, never placed the order, and received notice within 10 minutes of my "purchase" and they even doubled the purchase I never made for a total of $74. I immediately sent three emails to cancel, don't ship, and why was I doubled charged for an order I didn't authorize? Same old game, "we'll refund you one order and ship the other". No, no, no, DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING: after which, 8 hours later, they shipped it.The refund for half what they charged and claimed they made never showed in PayPal but they kept yapping about "the bank taking awhile to process".I then received a tube of a facial product that is sold at Walmart for $9; Temu charges $4. Junk, dried up tube of very cheap product.Like others, I also was denied twice by PayPal protection and am in the third dispute now. I question why PayPal is continuing with these scam sellers, and approving claims in their favor at the expense of very long term PayPal customers. They are obviously scammers!
I only looked at the fleece tights on the website and decided not to buy them because I noticed they were using images from Sweet Mayhem's fleece tights. They went so far as to remove the branding from the picture but the images are identical. To my surprise I noticed a $59.15 charge for 2 pairs of stockings on my PayPal account which I did not make. I immediately reached out to the vendor to cancel and was told the order had shipped...really? I disputed the purchase with PayPal and the claim was denied. The order showed up from China. In the package there was only 1 pair of stockings. Now this is RIDICULOUS. I filed another claim with PayPal. One email said the refund was already in progress, but the claim states they are waiting for a response from the vendor. Well good luck with that. The vendor has not responded to the 3 emails I sent. What a stressful situation. BUYER BEWARE...don't even put anything in your cart to avoid items being mysteriously ordered without your knowledge. UPDATE 1/11/2026: Finally after filing 3 dispute cases with PayPal, the case was closed in my favor. The vendor will be refunding my $59.15. This process started on 12/27/25. I maintain that The Ninja Beauty aka Wula Store is a shady vendor. Not only did they double an order I never placed but they then sent a short order of counterfeit product.
I was charged 3 times for a foundation that I didn’t even order at all. As soon as I saw what the shipping price was I exited the browser only to find 3 charges on my bank statement. That’s almost $100 stolen and they said I could return once I received! I’m going to reach out further and see who I can find to help bc this is bull!
