The probiotic product was very easy to buy however the shipping came with no indication of arrival - no tracking by at email or phone sms that the product had been processed shipped and arrived. I received the package four weeks after I paid with no indication that the package arrived and it was put down the side of the house and left in the hot sun. Probiotics need to be kept under 25 degrees. Just curious to know whether or not the probiotic is still active or cooked dead.

Just received my first delivery (collagen). It was slow to arrive, link jn email tracker never worked and my mail to company (sent only yesterday) didn't get a reply but that's not unusual.Reading all the Scam reviews i feel relieved I got delivery at all.Hopefully collagen will help.
Beware of this company. I placed an order on Dec 18th. I’m aware Christmas may slow things but I find most suppliers will keep you informed about delays. After 2 weeks I tried on 3 occasions to make contact. The tracking number they had sent did not exist and emails went unanswered. Thankfully I had used PayPal who refunded me. Not a good experience with this company.
This is trhe worse company I've ever dealt with. I ordered $500 +- of product which is still in transit 10 days later with no signs of anything being deliverered soon They say my product is now in Brisbane which is a 55 minute drive to GC and yet its going to take another 4-5 days to get to me! Is it being delivered by a snail??? The support system is pathetic. They haven't even got back to me it was supposedly going to take 48 hours to investigate. I will never recommend using this company to anybody. Hopefully they will refund me my money so i can order similar products from a reliable company !
I ordered three bottles of turmeric extract mainly for inflammation shortly after I was diagnosed with Prm and put on steroids I can’t use turmeric with steroids so I emailed about a return I got an email telling me they don’t pay for returns which is fine but the they offered me another 20% off the order and that maybe I could give it to my family ,I wasn’t prepared for this kind of hustle and said no I wanted a full refund so could they give me a returns address .nothing I have sent them a lot of emails and nothing they are just ignored ,I will never buy from this company again ,they will send you what you want but obviously don’t do returns even though they say they will.
Shocking service!I spent over €200 and received 7 out of 12 bottles of my order. Despite my sending photographic evidence and chasing every day, I have not received an update, an apology or a proposed resolution. As I have used a credit card, I will do a chargeback - do not use, shabby outfit!
Bought supplements that never arrived. About a week later - with no news - I contacted 'support' by email and they responded that "there are issues at the moment with transport companies - you need to be patient!" Nothing ever arrived, and now several weeks since purchase, no delivery and my payment not returned - despite asking twice for a refund. My loss, I guess. But, my sincere advice: if you don't want to lose your money, buy from a different company.
