My journey took place from November 25 to December 6, with arrangements beginning about three months prior. From the outset, everything was managed smoothly and professionally, especially by the representative, to whom I extend my heartfelt gratitude. Honestly, if it were possible to give more than five stars, I would do so without hesitation. The representative was incredibly accommodating and patient, helping me with hotel changes, ticket adjustments, and every detail with remarkable flexibility and professionalism. We were a group of six—my spouse, children, and I traveling from the United States, along with my parents from Algeria. Thanks to the excellent coordination, we all arrived on the same day and entered the airport simultaneously. Everything was meticulously organized. Hotels, transportation, scheduled visits in Makkah and Madinah, drivers, and even travel between the two cities by train—everything was executed precisely on time. I can say with complete honesty that everything we planned before the trip occurred exactly as arranged. No delays or confusion—only professionalism, kindness, and outstanding organization. This experience was seamless and stress-free. Without a doubt, if I decide to return for Umrah or Hajj in the future, I will certainly choose this service again. I spoke with Taiba Batool for questions about booking a umrah trip. She was very helpful, giving us great deals on packages and showing proof of business registration. She is patient and talked to us on the phone and via text. Very responsive and nice. Although we ended up choosing to delay our trip for personal reasons, we will in sha Allah, inquire with her again for a future trip.
