NO REFUND HAS BEEN GIVEN Ordered and took over 5 weeks , outside the sellers tine frame which they stated.my item was also apparently shipped , and then after I opened a case , and said it was too late and had re ordered elsewhere , and wouldn't be home to receive it. The parcel was then shipped a day or so later and unfortunately not received by me as I want home. EDIT TO add, I was never told that there was a replacement order being sent and was not informed it had been lost. I also said in the dispute that it would now be too late as had ordered elsewhere as needed for a specific date. I'm actually unsure why this was sent out when I stated I wouldn't be in. Also the paypal dispute is still pending , which you asked me to close this morning. I think it's pretty evident by your responses to negative feedback , that you may need to work on customer service, rather than blaming the buyers when you are at fault. You set the time frames not the buyer. I have 15 Mystery boxes and numerous tees, jumpers and hoodies. You Might call it an addiction. Yes the turnaround time can seem forever but you are made aware of that before ordering & in my experience everything I've had has been more than worth the wait! The quality, the selection the sizing. The only issue is my bank account doesn't love it as much. Thank you Geri

I can’t stop buying from here! Whether you’re looking for a one off piece, a sweary piece or a mystery box or bag you will not be disappointed. I’ve had a couple of mystery boxes and things for the kids that they’ve chosen themselves! You wouldn’t find better customer service either! It’s a family run business and so nice!
