Review Time
Customer service was terrible. In trying to return a purchase, it took numerous emails and numerous attempts at trying to reach them by phone, and then having to make an "appointment" to receive a phone call from a human. Not worth all the hassle.
Company seems fine. Not sure what this review they sent me is for. But the backpack wasn’t good for a major hike. All the weight hung on my shoulders on a test run around my house. I changed all the straps to try different ways to carry it. No dice.☹️
