Review Time
EDIT: after posting a 1* review on Trustpilot, I did receive a prompt and helpful response and received my item within a couple of weeks of the response. The agent who helped was polite and apologetic for the issues. I did still receive a marketing email last week and another one today to ask that I remove my review. I think it is important for customers to have balanced reviews to make informed decisions for purchases so instead, I am editing and improving my review. Im still waiting for my order/update on order. I paid for an order on 24th May using PayPal, received confirmation of the payment from Paypal and confirmationof the order from ThePaperPress. I also opted out of the marketing (as I do with every online order unless I REALLY want it).Tried to message them via Instagram to query what point the order is at but received an error saying "message failed, invitation to chat has been sent" which has just added to the frustration and wonder whether the company is legitimate. To date, I've had no further update to confirm if the item has been dispatched/packed or an expected delivery date etc... but have had 4 marketing emails.
This company is an amazing small business. I have made multiple orders over the last year and everything is of good quality amd remains in great condition with multiple washes. I love their designs inspired by body positivity and TV shows. You get an email confirmation of your order and then you get an email when your order is dispatched what more could you ask from a small business?
Always such a brilliant service from Geri. Genuinely custom t shirts however you want them and if the options you want aren't available on the website you can drop her an email or WhatsApp and she'll let you know of she can do it! She's never said no she can't so far! They take a little longer to make but that's part of buying from a small business. I did one time lose track of where a mystery box was at and when I messaged Geri said they were being processed and sure enough it arrived in a day or two after that! Not only that but her range of pop culture inspired items is really unique and the mystery boxes are such good value.

I have a serious addiction to the Paper Press t-shirts and jumpers! I have been a customer for four years and am building a solid collection; I’ve never once been disappointed. Geri is fabulous and is somehow always available to answer any and all queries. I tell everyone I know and will continue to do so!
I recently purchased the Taylor Swift Luxury Box 5th Edition and I love it!!! Really cute and fun designs that any Swiftie would love! Also came in a very pretty box which I will be repurposing. I think these boxes are really fun, I previously purchased the Gilmore Girl box and loved that one too, I enjoy the mystery of not knowing what you’re getting. The quality of the products is really good and the fit is true to size. The delivery times are a little long but they’re a small company and everything is made to order so I’m okay with that. I had Royal Mail issues with my Gilmore Girl box and Geri was fantastic with her communication around it and sent out a replacement to me very quickly.
