I want to express my gratitude for the speed and effectiveness in how Customer Service handled my complaint. Over the years I concluded that Customer Service Departments at most online companies, don't function effectively, but that changed today. I did not expect to be helped at all, but I was pleasantly surprised when Eugene stepped in to assist me with my complaint. I don't like to complete online complaint forms and then submit them... !! One never hears from "them" again. Having Eugene helping me was like a fresh breath of air. Thank you, Eugene.

‼️‼️‼️Big scam

‼️‼️‼️Big scam, they was show on the site that I will receive a box from Sephora for 9.99$, and after I pay they was continuing to ask for me to approve another payment of 9.99$. So of course I didn’t, I realised it is a scam, but then they charge me 63$ without my consent for a membership that I didn’t subscribe. So we all have to check first time on internet to see how it is the brand, better to take on the site that they are popular.

Unfortunately, they scammed me. My number was very small, but I thought I bought a 24-pack of Red Bull and a mini fridge, so that's how they showed it, but I bought a membership to a website I've never visited with an 80% discount.
