I would not use them again! I purchased a lawn mower from them, at no point did the website or at checkout inform me that the mower was out of stock. They happily took my money and sent me an email saying they were ‘busy preparing it for dispatch’. When I hadn’t had any notifications of dispatch or updates, I contacted them to be told it was out of stock and not available until 3 weeks later. I waited those 3 weeks and when that time passed I again queried where my mower was, I was informed it still wasn’t in stock. I understood that supplies might be late but I am appalled at the sheer lack of communication about my order. I was not sent any updates via email about my order, not even a courtesy one to say sorry for the delay, just left hanging with no information. If I hadn’t contacted them I would still be none the wiser. Their customer service team made no efforts to resolve the issues, only offered an apology for the wait, they gave me no answer as to why I was allowed to unknowingly buy an out of stock item and why I was then sent a misleading email that implied they were preparing my order for dispatch, when they didn’t even have it. After a month of waiting, I was fortunate to get a refund and order from someone else more reputable that quickly sent my mower. All in all, even one star is too much to give them.
