Review Time
I have been using a Hyundai HYM 430SPER mower for nearly 2 years and I have been pleased with the quality of the mowing results and the reliability of the mower.However, about two weeks ago we encountered a problem with the clutch cable so I sought assistance under warranty through GENPOWER Ltd. My first point of contact was with Soureshna who subsequently handled my warranty claim through to completion. Soureshna was always a pleasure to communicate with. Her responses were prompt, helpful and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Hyundai and Genpower for the service that they provide.
Wrong item has been delivered but the customer service is brilliant, Soureshna has done a brilliant and fantastic work and sorted it out, for myself and for the company too as with her investigation it has been discovered that the wrong price and item has been displayed for sale. Hope Soureshna has got an incentive.
Jade was extremely helpful in finding out the information related to my missing parcel. She kept me fully informed about what was happening. She arranged for a replacement to be sent as we could not locate it. The whole process took a little while, which is completely understandable. I was very pleased with the service and the outcome that we received.

Packaging poor.Contact with Hyundai Power products was reasonable and Soureshna Nabobsing (GENPOWER) sorted the spare parts quite quickly. Craig Wiles also did his best to facilitate delivery and offered to help with spare parts. The machine has an electric start which is good the back roller drives the machine efficiently and leaves stripes. Assembly was okay but could be improved by adding witness marks to the handles so they are fitted as designed. The serial number could be somewhat made clearer. Grass box is too small for this machine. Otherwise it is a good piece of kit.
I ordered a new recoil starter for my Hyundai pressure washer as right in the middle of cleaning a customers drive ,after a refuel I tried to start the machine and the recoil starter fell apart. As soon as I got home I ordered a new one from THE POWERSITE.Well, blow me down, the part arrived the next day and I was able to complete the job barely 24 hours after the breakdown.
