The advisor I spoke with Sean Harrison was very helpful. I can’t fault Sean and he was very helpful and understanding regarding my concerns and having no experience. Thank you Sean.BUT the 3 year warranty and the way it works is not so great. I had a running issue with a 4 month old lawn mower (kept cutting out after a minute) I was expecting to send the lawn mower back to be fixed instead I was sent a YouTube link on how to remove and clean and reinstall the carburettor!I am not mechanically minded but most importantly I didn’t spend £500 on a brand new lawn mower to then 4 months later be working on it myself!!!The carburettor clean did not fix the issue so I am now waiting for a new carburettor to be sent and which I will have to fit and hopefully this cures the problem!At this rate I could be a Hyundai Lawn mower repair man very soon if the warranty only covers parts and nothing else.Wish me luck.
Excellent performance from the team and genpower. Especially Jade Shannia Canee who had my replacement sent out fast as possible. One was sent out in addition to the warranty. Would recommend to every one and use again and again.
A part was missing from my lawn mower (the battery charging cable) which I didn't realise until the battery ran down and I needed to recharge it. Obviously, it's disappointing that the part was missing in the first place (hence, only 4 stars) but Jade and Rukshal handled the matter really well and sent a replacement without quibble. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that matters and Jade and Rukshal were excellent.
