They accepted my order, took my money and sent me a tracking number. When the Lawnmower was overdue I found out the tracking number was not valid so I followed up with The Power Site and they told me they couldn’t deliver to Northern Ireland so they would return my money. Two weeks later I am still waiting to get my money back.
I live in Northern Ireland and Hyundai UK could not supply me as they had an exclusive arrangement with their Irish counterparts that they would supply sales in both Ireland and Northern Ireland However The Dublin company did not carry the mower I wanted I eventually got it from Tesco. Disappointing that Hyundai distributors were unable (or unwilling) to fulfil my order
The quad sprayer was ordered on next day delivery. It didn't arrive the next day. I was told 5 to 7 working day delivery. I asked to cancel the order as I needed one urgently. Next day delivery was the reason I ordered it from them. I couldn't cancel and was told to send back once received. It then took 7 days for refund after received back in there warehouse
