I initially bought 80 servings of their PLATINUM range Whey (4 flavours) for £70. Just a few hours after however I saw an Instagram ad offering guess what - 80 servings 4 flavours of their BLACK range for £29.99, less than half the price. Why isn't this offer available on the website? Luckily I was able to cancel in time but if I had seen it a week later I would have been very annoyed. To make matters worse, I asked their customer support if their bueno flavour would be back in stock soon for the 29.99 offer as that is one of the flavours I had initially chosen,to which they told me soon. Again to my disappointment, after waiting for a few days, not only was the bueno NO LONGER A PART OF THE OFFER but also one of the other flavors I had wanted that was available initially was now out of stock. Very frustrating and disappointing experience so far. Once I receive the whey I may update this review.
I really like the shakes, but not the shaker! Too clunky and not nice plastic looking, and you have to make sure the stopper at the top is well pushed down otherwise it goes everywhere!! So I bought another shaker from somewhere else and now everything is good!
Fantastic customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. When I had a problem with my last order they went above and beyond to make it right for me. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

A delicious and convenient product. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing some bloating and gas, which I think might be due to the sweeteners, as I'm not accustomed to them in my diet. However, my husband seems to be fine and hasn't had any issues.
I have been using this protein for over three years now. It’s a fantastic product, certainly one of the best I’ve tried, which is why I keep returning to it. Recently, I started ordering the gummies to help manage my sugar levels, and I’ve noticed an increase in my energy. I’m not sure if it’s the apple cider vinegar gummies or the hunger killa, but I do feel more energetic. We purchase Monohydrate, diet replacements, meal 360, and the AI green. My energy has significantly improved, my diet is better, and my overall health has greatly benefited, especially as a diabetic. I highly recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for something effective. I've tried various options on the market, and I feel much better with these than with others.
This company is fantastic. They provide great information, and the orders arrive promptly. I have no complaints. The available flavors are delightful and taste amazing! One suggestion I have is to include two spoons in the powder package; having a larger one alongside a smaller one would be perfect and help reduce mess.
I've been enjoying the vanilla meal replacement shake for several months. It keeps me satisfied and tastes fantastic. I blend in coffee for my breakfast shake and add fruit or flavored powder to my lunch shake to enjoy different flavors, since I only purchase vanilla.
The delivery service misplaced my order, but after reaching out to the support team via online chat, the situation was addressed immediately, and a new order was dispatched using express delivery. Their response was swift and courteous.
I found these on social media, but when I tried to make a purchase, I couldn't access the comments. They advertised a 12% discount for signing up and gave a code that ended up being invalid. I also didn't receive any of the promised emails. Overall, it seems they collected my information without cause. This feels suspicious. Additionally, please avoid claiming you want to help—real support would involve honoring your offers and ensuring comment visibility.
