I must say they've been througly professional really pleased with how they handle things it's my first time doing business in the US market and to be honest the suppliers here are proving far more reliable then what I've experienced in the UK
This website attracted me with so many great items, and the services are truly amazing. The customer support team deserves a 5-star rating they are friendly and provide excellent guidance. Plus, I got FNSKU labels for free with my first order.
I placed Order #31095 on March 17, 2025, for $837.74 USD. The order was cancelled by HeavenPrime on July 16, supposedly due to "Customer cancellation"—which is completely false, as I never canceled anything.The products were never delivered, and despite multiple attempts to contact their support (emails to support, contact and sales plus messages via their website form), I have received no response whatsoever.It has now been several days with no refund and zero communication from the company. Payment status shows “voided” on their end, but my money was never returned.At this point, I’m forced to escalate the issue through my bank and file a formal dispute. This is not how a serious business operates.Avoid this store—there is no customer service, no accountability, and no respect for buyers.
I had been researching beauty brands for around 3 months, but as an FBA seller, there was no profit in some products—in fact, I was going into a loss. Also, the MOQs of major distributors were very high. This is my first experience working with them, and I’m hopeful that this time I’ll make a profit. I also hope to build a long-term partnership with them
Okay, so I want to share my experience. First of all, I contacted the sales team, and the person who helped me send the product images and satisfied all my queries really supported me. At first, I was scared after seeing some negative reviews, but I’ve realized that in every business there are both negative and positive sides. Now I understand that the negative reviews were due to customers violating the policies I had asked about this myself.So far, from all the suppliers I’ve purchased products from, I only got around 20% ROI. But with this supplier m getting at least 45% ROI, which is really good specially for newbies and it’s an amazing start. The products are affordable too.
