A terrible experience - I strongly advise against engaging with this service. They offered no real value and continuously pressured me to keep working. Ultimately, they blocked my Google business account! I was receiving calls up to 10 times a day!
I received multiple calls from a representative from a local office. Today, I hung up after hearing the same pitch again. Shortly after, I got a text from a different number criticizing my decision to hang up. If this is their approach before even engaging with clients, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to work with them.

I was first contacted about renewal on Thanksgiving and informed that my site would be taken down if I didn’t renew. This was the first I heard about it. I planned to migrate my site the following Monday, but they took it down less than 24 hours later. When access was restored, it was an outdated version missing essential pages I had created, representing significant work. I promptly reached out for help, but received no timely response. While I understand the importance of contracts, I expect reasonable notice and clear communication when a company manages a client’s site. Losing months of work without warning caused major stress and disruption. I hope this feedback promotes better communication practices in the future.

We stopped working with this service due to a lack of results. After ending our business relationship, they sabotaged our Google business pages by altering our business names and adding derogatory terms. Google eventually suspended our pages, and we had to remove them as managers and go through an appeals process. I strongly advise steering clear of this company!
