As a young online student at the facility during early 2021, I faced severe harassment from a colleague in the paint line section. This individual consistently stalked me, inquired about my breaks, and shared my personal information with others. He had a troubling background and even boasted about violent acts. Despite reporting his behavior multiple times, I received no support from management. I eventually confronted him, but his aggression escalated, leading to threats against my safety. The harassment took a significant toll on my mental health, isolating me socially and academically. I relocated to pursue education elsewhere, but the impact of this experience continues to affect my life profoundly. I cannot recommend this workplace.

I encountered issues connecting a PIR and door switch to a wired security system. I reached out to technical support on a Friday afternoon and received the necessary information by the end of the day, allowing me to complete the installation over the weekend. The quality of their support truly reflects the standards expected from a large company, standing out from the typical AI chatbot experience.
The home alarm products have been ineffective since installation. The installer showed little interest despite my numerous calls, and the manufacturer avoids direct communication with me as a customer. I recommend avoiding these products entirely; they are low quality and simply don't function.

I intended to purchase a UPS and sought guidance on installing their software on Linux via CLI. However, I only received automated email responses stating that my request would be addressed within 48 hours. After 480 hours with no response, it seems the support team may no longer exist!
My battery failed just two months after purchase in January 2023. As of May 15th, I still have not received a replacement. I strongly advise against purchasing a UPS from this company, as they seem indifferent to product failures. Consider opting for an alternative brand instead.
