ReNu quality is exceptional and highly reliable. However, I am disappointed with the withdrawal speed for my refund. It takes way too long to process payouts. Support is professional but slow to reply. I hope they improve this soon because everything else is perfect. A solid 5star experience!
This is a great pet hair remover for your pet. My dog loves it. When done, hair removal from stick is so easy with a push of the button. Great value for money. I highly recommend.
I have a Golden Retriever who sheds constantly, and bath time has always been stressful and messy, especially in our apartment. I decided to try the ReNu grooming tool to help with shedding and keep his coat fresh between full washes, and I noticed after the first week that his fur felt softer and there was noticeably less loose hair around the house. It’s much easier than giving him a full bath, perfect for quick cleanups after park visits, and he’s surprisingly calm when I use it compared to traditional bathing. The brush feels high quality, the mist is gentle, and overall it feels like a premium product that’s absolutely worth it for the convenience and results.
Since I am using Renu, my pet feels safer and more comfortable... I am using the brand for a week and I have noticed improvement in my pets behaviour and mood significantly...
The products are easy to use and very pet-friendly... The results of grooming are also nice.. soft, silky, and shiny... also it is very budget friendly...
The quality of equipments are also very good... value for money... I'd say brush are soft, razors are safe... also I received a manual that helped me to set up those equipments...
the delivery was pretty fast.. I received the delivery within 2 days and it was nicely packed...
And yes it replaced previously used other pet brands for me... because my pet loves it..... but the truth is I am very satisfied with Renu...

There is a lot less waste to deal with in my flat, and it's much simpler than giving her a complete bath, especially for fast cleanups after park excursions. She maintains a surprising level of composure during grooming, and the brush and mist feel excellent and well-made, so I would absolutely buy them again and suggest them.
This is the first brush my dog doesn't mind , it doesn't hurt him like others -- those tiny tips really work! (I had 3 other brushes). Also cleaning it is soo easy! Because it allows you to pull inside all the bristles you just take the hair off top. Absolutely love this item!
My order came quickly. My dog likes it and his coat is so shiny, he smells better. I couldn't get over how much hair came off of him. I'm glad I decided to order this. Highly recommend your product. Thank you!
We plugged in the ReNu pet brush and it gave my wife an electrical shock. Then the charging unit started smoking and the unit itself got very hot. We immediately unplugged the charger and have not used the misting feature. As far as we are concerned this unit is dangerous and a waste of money.
The item I received is not the ReNu brand. I have seen this review in other places, so I insured I bought the product directly from their website. And yet I still received a fake product. Do not trust this brand.
