I reached out to customer service through their email. They were quick to respond with both an understanding of my problem and clear, easy-to-follow instructions. After following the instructions, my problem persisted. They continued to reach out to check on the status of my corrective efforts. We worked through several different issues before finally landing on the right solution. My error was resolved. Wish all software companies were as easy to work with as CleanMyMac!
Easy to contact. They were very nice about consolidating my accounts, eliminating unnecessary accounts, and giving me a discount for my next renewal. Very fast and customer-friendly service!!!
I have used CleanMyMac for a few years and find it useful. I would have given 5 stars but I had issues getting things started this year. Customer service was good, but it took a while to resolve my issue.
This worked well and met my needs running basic virus checks, cleaning out extra files, etc. It helped my overwhelmed 2018 MacBook with RAM and storage capacity. There was an issue with renewing the subscription — I renewed, but it didn’t seem to register. At the same time, it kept working even as it “thought” I hadn’t renewed. I later found out I was double-subscribed. But as soon as I brought this to their attention, was given a full refund for the duplicate subscription. Then, when my Mac finally kicked the bucket this winter (RIP), MacPaw / Paddle actually refunded that subscription too, even though it had been active a month. So, a good product with some subscription glitches, but great and prompt customer service.
Super customer service! Genuinely outstanding. Resolved my issue speedily and efficiently. Tetiana addressed my problems immediately and guided me through the steps necessary to resolve them.
At a time when so much customer service is often hard to access and slow in responding, this was a breath of fresh air!

I had used Clean my Mac when I first started my business in 2016. I kept my computer(s) running efficiently and organized for all my laptops. I now longer can use Mac as of 4 years ago because of the programs I use and I had a charge that was put through that was still form an old system. Ani, the customer service rep helped me with removing any of my old accounts and refunded me easily.
I have used CleanMyMac for some time and have found it very helpful, to say the least! During these times, we are vulnerable to those who care little about privacy or the law, which is why ClanMyMAC is valuable.
I had an issue with registering two devices and wrote to support. I received a prompt reply, but there were deeper issues that could not be fixed by me alone. Step in, Tetiana Hrytsenko from MacPaw Customer Support! She worked with me by first fixing the issues at MacPaws end, and then led me step by step (where more than once she had to re-explain what I needed to do) over 4-5 emails before I had everything working perfectly!
To MacPaw, I can only say what a great employee she is! Her persistence, kindness, and patience were admirable! Great customer service! She would make a great supervisor because she understands how to interact with clients, a refreshing change to today's lack of concern in most businesses!
I've been using this software for several years and completely trust its analyses. I've never encountered any unpleasant surprises when following its recommendations. It’s very reassuring, clear, and quick. I had a subscription renewal issue, but it was resolved satisfactorily after reaching out to the sales team. Overall, a very positive experience with the software and its representatives.
