This review is for a pet brush that claims to provide a bath experience. I ordered it from an online platform and received it recently. However, there is no mention of the company name on the brush, cleaning solution bottles, instructions, or packaging. It resembles a generic knock-off. I spent $64 on this item and feel I could have bought something similar for much less. I haven't used it yet, as I'm hoping to receive the correct product or a refund. I will update my review if I hear back from the company, but I'm currently wary.
