Stopped responding to emails once I tried to cancel my subscription. No easy way to do so online. Have just taken £135 from my bank account despite me trying to cancel. I have a young baby and don’t have time to keep chasing a refund and cancellation. Really disappointed.

I have been ordering now for just over a year. I was a little disappointed with a couple of the initial boxes and it is annoying that every email tells you to join the app that no longer is live. But for most of this year, there has been an amazing variety of plants and bulbs arriving every month to my door. I particularly loved the roses and have plenty of bulbs in this year so looking forward to seeing the blooms.
I’ve ordered many times over the years and I’ve always been impressed with the items received. I absolutely love the spring bulbs (so much variety) and have purchased more this year, they all arrived quickly, are great quality and packaged lovely. I can’t wait to see them all in spring.
Love this subscription service & I look forward to seeing what surprise I will find in my box each month. What I am really enjoying is the move towards sending more live plants than just seeds. The best part is receiving these plants & also a variety of bulbs and tubers during the year too. I’ve been introduced to some new varieties I’ve not come across before which has been wonderful. There is the option to purchase additional bulbs etc on their website too. This is a great little company & the subscription is great either for yourself or as a gift idea.
We loved the packaging and presentation. Information regarding the items was super informative. This subscription wasn't ideal for us as we are keen gardeners and none of the last 3 months items were anything we haven't already seen or have in our garden. We were probably expecting more live plants than seeds. In general a good box for the less experienced gardener.
Izzy and her team has created a market. The subscription are beautifully packaged, good quality and has introduced me to flowers outside my normal selection. Full instructions via a qr code, and a friendly social media presence. What a wonderful way to plant in collaboration
I’ve been a long term subscriber of the subscription box and am always really impressed with the quality of products and thought that goes into each month - it’s definitely my happy post each month!While the subscription box has slightly increased in price as it’s evolved, so has the offering and it’s still great value for money. For example the three hellebore plants that were in the December box were of amazing quality and value and are looking fabulous in my front garden! You have plenty of advanced warning if you ever want to pause or stop your subscription as well. Lizzie is always on hand to answer any questions you might have, despite just becoming a Mum and having a lot on. It’s great to be able to support a small independent business and a female founder. Would highly recommend.
