We were so happy with our first purchase of furniture that we came back for more.
The team was absolutely outstanding. They arrived promptly to replace a damaged sofa arm and were quick, efficient, and professional throughout the process. They ensured the sofa was properly positioned, cleaned up afterwards, and confirmed my satisfaction before leaving. Both representatives were approachable, friendly, and kind—truly excellent service from beginning to end.
The sofa we received is uncomfortable and loses its shape immediately upon use. The back cushions sag significantly and are very uncomfortable! I had high hopes for this new sofa, but it has not met my expectations, and I regret this purchase.
