The light arrived with noticeable scratches on the arms. I had already scheduled an electrician, and rearranging was difficult. I reached out to the company for a partial refund due to the damage, but they refused to honor it despite the clear issue at delivery. I spoke with a representative, but the response was disappointing and rigid given the situation. Overall, the lack of customer care has left a negative impression. I won't be buying from this company again.
Great service! I ordered a ceiling pendant with four shades, and one arrived broken. I reported it through the online portal and received a prompt email response, with a new shade ordered shortly after. The product is lovely, and the customer service was excellent.
