While my initial experience with the product did not meet my expectations, I want to highlight the excellent customer service that followed.

Just wasnt impressed with the quality of the poster. I was expecting some more craftsmanship vs what I believe is a poster I could have bought at Walmart for $10. Also the poster came not framed as advertised and pictured in the order. They do offer "professional framing" for an additional $40. I did decline as I just wanted a basic frame. But the product showed up in a cardboard tube. So I was not impressed. Its a great idea. But im having a hard time seeing the value of the item. $160+ iss severly excessive. More reasonable price would be $20-$50.

The greatest compliment I can to give Lucky Stars is the look on my wife's face when I gave her a Map of the Stars of the night of our first date. All she could say was 'How the hell did you remember the actual date?' I may not have the best memory but I do know how to use g**gle to look up the date that the show that we went to was on ;)
My wife of 51 years absolutely loved it! I was in the Navy, enrolled in college when we met, and taking my first semester of astronomy. We were stationed in Pensacola, Florida, and spent many evenings on the beach enjoying the beautiful night sky. This brought back several wonderful memories.
