I recently had the pleasure of having Naiose help me design my new bathroom. I started the process in the Downpatrick store & followed Naiose to Newry when she was transferred. She is so friendly & helpful and has a keen eye for design. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I had a few hiccups during installation and Naiose went above & beyond to fix any issues. The level of customer care I received was unbelievable. She is an asset to the company.
We needed to replace the dampers in a self closing toilet seat that was purchased from the Boucher Road Branch about 6 years when getting our bathroom refurbished. We were unable to identify the make of the Toilet bowl or seat having misplaced the original invoices etc. However, thanks to the patient and time-consuming search which Phillip undertook he was able to retrieve the invoice and identify/supply the replacement damper.More recently we found that Phillip was more than helpful when we returned and sought information about choosing the correct size of radiator for our bathroom. He patiently explained the options and even allowed us to borrow a colour swatch overnight.
A huge thank you to Philip and the team. It is very refreshing to have someone actually listen to what you want and deliver it. Philip was very knowledgeable and took the stress out of buying the bathroom. The guys were very patient and always happy to help.They don’t have a showroom so you do need to pick from brochures and or go view your furniture elsewhere.Regarding delivery we agreed on a date and everything arrived as scheduled and no issues.Cost was great. I had looked around various other bathroom providers and Philip was by far best value. Great quality furniture reasonably priced. I priced everything like for like elsewhere and Philip came in notably lower than the rest.Speak to Philip before you buy your bathroom you’ll not be disappointed.
We bought an en suite and shower with double glass doors in April 2021 from your Boucher Road branch. Unfortunately one of the hinges recently broke and we visited Montgomery Rd branch to get a replacement.Philip very quickly found records on line of our original order and identified the make of the hinges. He then phoned the original suppliers and was able to order a replacement which he managed to negotiate free of charge!Today we collected the park and couldn't thank Philip and his team enough!!!Fantastic service with a few good laughs along the way!! 11 out of 10 and great result!!Well done team!!!
What can I say about Klaire? ( Lisburn ) From the moment we met her we just clicked, she understood exactly what we wanted in the design, understood our budget and her enthusiasm for our new bathroom was unreal! I cannot recommend her enough , all I can say is if anyone is thinking of a new Bathroom visiting Klaire is an absolute must!!!

We were considering getting our bathroom renovated, we decided to call with the Montgomery Road, Belfast, showroom to get some ideas on what our options were.
