I had to return the first Blair that I ordered because the colour was not right. Chiquel said that they returned it to Jon Renau and they said it was fine:(. I reordered and the second Blair was the correct color-perfect.
My disappointment was that I had to pay $24.00 shipping to return the first one and was not reimbursed because they said the color was correct…. Definitely not. I have ordered Blair many times and respectfully… I feel they made a mistake ☹️.
The the customer service of this company is absolutely great. You can contact someone to call you back . they are responsive. However, I have an issue with some of the policies
which have caused me to have to keep two hairpieces that I can never use. The issue is that if you use a credit or what they call a gift certificate for a large percentage of the hairpiece, you cannot return it. As a new hair piece wearer, I made a lot of mistakes with color and style as well as fit. Even. after speaking to the person that helps you with that I still ordered a wig that was the wrong color and was too small. I also have a topper.that is the wrong color because it does not look like the color on the website. I found the chiquel facebook page and the people there have been helpful. Keep up your good customer service.I think you are known for that.
It was great because you have Amanda doing her videos. Because of the info she provides, Im able to not make the same mistakes others have made. Hollie is a beautiful style but way to thick for me. I watched Amandas video on thinning a wig. Now she suits me perfectly.
I love the sales and specials and mostly the videos of Amanda. It helps so much to see the wig in person and understand all the features. That's the hardest thing of buying online. One thing I wish could be possible is if the color swatches could be actual wigs on a stand. That little square is so hard to determine what it actually looks like on a whole wig. But thankfully youtube has a lot of people who post the wigs and colors.
This is my second Simone wig. The first one I ordered was absolutely perfect, from the look and color to the fit. However the second one was a little disappointing. When I took it out of the box it looked like the fibers were oily and the wig had a flat (no body) appearance. The color was ok and I washed the wig to try to get the oiliness out of it. Washing took care of that but the wig is just flat looking, meaning it has no body to it. I know that no 2 wigs are the same but this one looks or acts nothing like the first one I got.
The product was as advertised. Even though there was a wait time for availability, that information was provided and updated. The only downside was the courier used - who indicated the package would be delivered 3 days in a row, requiring someone home for a signature.
I am very impresed with my wig. good quality. wearing it has given me a boost of confidence. I am looking forward to purchasing another. It took a long time to get but they did tell me that upfront and I got it when they said I would.

It's very sad and I am very disappointed.
Every step of the way I was blamed for the care of the wig. Even though I know exactly how to care for a human hair wig and was meticulously trained before ever taking my first wig home. As evidenced by my successfully having and caring for my previous human hair wig for just over 7 years of every day wear.
It is unfortunate that you have chosen this stance on the sale and customer service of this, my first and now only purchase through Chiquel.
No refund and no replacement.
This wig was a preorder and it took almost 3 months for me to receive it but it's fantastic... Nice and light. Hair is really soft and easy to get your fingers through... Fits well.. not sure how well it would fit on a large head but right out of the box, it was great. I didn't have to do anything to it to make it perfect. Definitely buy again!
This was my first time ordering from the service. Initially, I felt a bit anxious and had some questions. However, all my communications were promptly addressed and clarified. I'm pleased with my purchase and the quality of the product. I will definitely shop here again.
