The delivery was managed by three team members who cheerfully carried it upstairs and assembled it for us. I ordered a king-size bed on December 30th, and today is January 14th. I reached out via email but received no response, and when I contacted them through messaging, they just kept pushing back the delivery date citing various delays. They initially promised delivery within 7-10 working days, and it's now been over 10 working days without any progress. I'm worried about losing my money and the time spent waiting. Negative aspects - Delivered at 5:30 am, numerous bolts and screws missing, no installation manual, and no one to contact for support; communication via email and messaging was often limited or unresponsive. The headboard was manufactured differently on one side. Positive aspect - The bed is of good quality.
The bed is beautiful, but I ordered it on October 28th and only received it on December 6th. I emailed multiple times without a response until I received a message stating it was out for delivery, which was almost two weeks ago. Additionally, there were no assembly instructions included, and my wife had to reach out to get them sent over.
