Review Time
I purchased Windows 11 and when trying to install it a notification showed that my laptop did not meet the necessary requirements for installing so I asked for a refund. James contacted me and said that if I was running W10 I would be able to install W11. I made an appointment and he took remote control of my laptop and successfully installed the new software. The only negative thing about the experience was that it took longer than expected.
The sale was procesed and completed rapidly. The instructions on how to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro were clear and easy to follow. The upgrade took about 1 minutes to complete. I lost no access or data after the upgrade was complete.
Apparently I did not read the instructions and didn't realize installation could take over 5 hours. I didn't know if I had to stay by computer the whole time. I think I excaped and install didn't happen. I set up a new time for an install but wondered if there was some way we could go back and complete where it ended. Help. I've never did stuff like this before. Sorry. My fault, not yours.
It was easy to purchase the software that I needed and the price was excellent. The download and install instructions were clear. They also offered (for an small additional price), remote installation. I was able to install the software myself, so I didn't need this. But it was nice that it was an option.
The windows upgrade did not work. Tried several different approaches and still could not get it to work. Then This company that sold it to me wants me to spend another $40 for a third party to have complete control of my computer to attempt to get it to work. So I guess I should pay for the privilege to have my information hacked. Asked for a refund that was guaranteed and now they ghost me
Once we communicated with a representative, James Pham, and explained what we encountered, he explained what occurred (an upgrade in the software we were sent) we were able to successfully load the software. When we first saw the download, we thought we had made a mistake. He explained the situation and all was good.
