Placing the order was simple and straight forward. If I had realized that I would have to wait days to have it installed I probably would have tried to do it myself. I do not have a camera or microphone on my computer so this should be interesting! It appears your program will be easy to use. If I could cancel the tech help I would probably do so and just try to install it myself. I needed to use the program asap so I had to use someone else's computer..
I paid the extra fee to have James install MS office. It was well worth it.He was fast and trustworthy.When done he asked if I liked what he did and if I wanted him to do anything else.
