Absolutely unbelievable and seems like a scam. Like many others, I haven't received my orders, both incorrectly addressed. It's not even a local company, as they ship from abroad. Emails are ignored or met with vague replies. They sent a fake tracking number, claiming my parcel was delivered, but it wasn't. Do not order from this company; they also use misleading videos to promote the product.
The Successful Man journal is fantastic and has significantly helped me maintain focus and clarity on my objectives. The structure keeps me motivated and consistent daily. The customer support was also exceptional—very professional and supportive. Highly recommend!
Customer service is one of the worst I've experienced. I reached out via email and socials multiple times as my order status showed as delivered when it hadn't been. No response whatsoever however my comments on their social media posts were deleted, so were clearly seen. Also I didn't receive all items but not sure how to resolve this as the company doesn't care about service once the payment is received.
I seem to have experienced same level as service as everyone else. Parcel didn’t arrive. False tracking information sent and customer service very bad. This was orders in good faith as a Christmas present which never arrived! Do not deal with this company.
