I have had several orders recent months in which only part of the order could be fulfilled because they did not have the bottles in stock that they advertised on their site. I was able to order bottles but many days later would be notified that they did not have multiple bottles from different distillers that were ordered. Why does the website not represent what they have in stock? Quite frustrating.
While they say they ship in two business days, they do not. I placed my order on October 2nd, needing a delivery for October 9th or 10th. They created a label on the 8th and it won't get picked up until the 9th to even begin shipping. Disappointing yo say the least considering the outrageous prices and a 25% restocking fee they want to charge to cancel prior to it leaving their warehouse. Don't use this company.
I bought a gift set for my father's birthday and accidentally set the wrong shipping address. I reached out to them via email to adjust the shipping address and within 8 hours the address was updated and a new confirmation email with the correct information was sent. Incredible customer service and I'll definitely be back again for next year.
A very patient gentleman assisted in changing an address on an order (which required me making 2 other phone calls to verify the address, requiring this kind gentleman to call me back not once, but twice), so that my "birthday boy", celebrating his 60th birthday, would receive it. This gentleman's kindness is deeply appreciated. He really went above and beyond.
