The fact that we could get a live person and not a computer was such a relief. The gentleman that helped us - Charles Smith was very helpful and patient with us and helped us through a very stressful situation and even going as far as giving us his direct contact information in case we needed his help again was customer service as it’s finest
Jenny Walter's was extremely helpful during an extremely stressful experience. At the last minute (indeed), my husband's illness took a turn for the worse & we were unable to travel to NYC to see our family. I was terribly stressed trying to cancel everything & without Jenny's calm & successful help, I don't really know how i would havebeen able to get refunds & airline credits. She was calm * knew everything to do to calm my worries & successfully for what I was nit capable of doing in .you stressful cir umstances.
