Put in a £372 order for online belts and I was sent a pile of rags fit for the bin. Company wanted me to pay for return postage, consumer act says if an item isn't as described the company has to pay. Had to do a bank charge in the end. Disgraceful order. Wish I could share photos to show you what we received!
I had a terrible experience with this company and I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them. I ordered what was described as Authentic Vintage Icelandic Sweaters. The description clearly stated that they were vintage, sourced in Europe, and made of wool.However, I received 10 sweaters, 8 of which were pure synthetic and made in China, I contacted their customer service via WhatsApp asking for a refund. They told me that I have to return the parcel at my own expense, which is against the law since the information on their website was misleading. I am not obligated to pay extra for a return shipment that would cost almost the same as the product itself here in Switzerland.They ignored my messages even though I contacted them several times. I have full photographic evidence of the products I received, as well as screenshots of the product description before and after my complaint - the description was changed after I contacted them.
Definitely not worth it. I ordered 20 Levi Shorts and 20 Dickies shorts, both were supposed to be grade A. The Levi shorts are NOT Levi shorts, they are jeans which have been cut (poorly). They are not cut straight, it doesn’t look like they’ve even tried to cut them straight. Of the 20 pairs, 5 of them are stained / have holes or would require work. A margin of error of 10% is acceptable, but 25%? I haven’t even got to the dickies shorts to check what they’re like but honestly I don’t have high hopes. I have told them I want to return for a refund so let’s see how long that takes to sort
