Absolutely terrible experience with delivery and support

I would rate this service with zero stars if possible. Their customer service is the worst I've encountered, with constant delays in deliveries. They don't answer calls or respond to emails. This has been my experience every single time. The call just plays music for ages before disconnecting, and the AI responses in chat are frustratingly vague. How difficult can it be to deliver a package that is already in the same city? The AI keeps insisting it will arrive shortly, then pushes it to tomorrow, and then the next day, and so on. I strongly advise avoiding this service at all costs. It’s currently the worst courier option available. Such a disappointment.

The service has been very disappointing. Phone calls go unanswered, and emails receive no replies. The delivery process is excessively slow. My package was scheduled for 18 December 2025, and as of 20 December 2025, it still shows as ‘In Transit.’ It's completely unreliable.

Extremely frustrating experience

My experience with this courier has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. For four consecutive days, the rider called repeatedly to ‘confirm the address’ but made no genuine attempt to deliver the parcel. I provided my exact location, yet the delivery was never completed. If they can call and get the location, they should be able to deliver — yet they didn’t. The tracking history showed ‘unsuccessful attempts,’ which was entirely false and a result of the staff's negligence. Their helpline was also unresponsive, providing no support to resolve the issue. The parcel was finally delivered only after I escalated the matter to the shipper, illustrating how unreliable and irresponsible this service is. Overall, this has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve encountered. I strongly advise against using this courier service.

Completely inadequate service

This service is completely inadequate; they don’t even deserve one star. The tracking is inaccurate, and the complaint line is ineffective, repeating the same dialogues daily about when I’ll receive my parcel. They don’t respond to emails, and when I inquired about my parcel, they provided incorrect addresses repeatedly without sharing any contact numbers, keeping my parcel on hold for many days. Overall, it has wasted my time and money.

Terrible experience

I had a truly terrible experience with this courier. I was supposed to receive my package in two days, but it has now been over a week. There has been no clear communication, and the tracking is entirely inaccurate. They never answered my calls, and the tracking indicated it was out for delivery multiple times. Then they called to inform me that my package was in another city and asked if I could pick it up! How is it so difficult to deliver within the same city? I’ve never encountered such a situation with a courier service. I recommend avoiding them.

This service has been extremely poor. My customer didn’t receive any calls from the rider, yet they falsely claimed the delivery was unsuccessful. They delayed my parcel for a week without delivering it, and now I’m at a loss.
