He's been servicing our gas appliances for nearly ten years, and we wouldn't use anyone else.Other than being really friendly, he's very communicative, and really fair with his pricing. The whole experience from telephoning for an oil boiler service, doing the service and clearing up, receiving an invoice was very professional. Everything was explained and I was able to ask questions and get answers. The bill at the end was reasonable and I never felt ripped off!
Lee has been dealing with me and my troublesome boiler for the past 3 years. As a young women, he has never taken advantage and always tried his best to save me money. It finally came to having to purchase a new boiler and Lee was here all day on a Saturday! 9-7. He explained each step, showed me what he had done and tidied up at each stage.
