I have recently moved house and Thomas Brown Estates was the agent for property i was purchasing. Barbara Haddock, part of the progression team in the Orpington branch is the reason i am writing my first ever trustpilot review. She was absolutely FANTASTIC! Moving is super stressful and everyone else involved in the chain was useless, except for Barbara. She was so helpful, so clear and just a god send when stress levels are through the roof. If everyone was as good as Barbara the move process would have been wrapped up in about a week! Thanks so mcuh Barbara you are a star!

Thank you to all at Thomas Brown. I was really impressed with the professional way all members of the team conducted business.I was kept up to date at all stages. Dates and times of viewings were communicated efficiently and feedback was timely and useful. Once the House had sold, the Progression team were great at following up and moving things forward. They were especially good at reassuring when things slowed down.I was most impressed by the way the team managed the business of selling houses during the ‘Lockdown’I will definitely recommend Thomas Brown.
Overall it was a pleasant experience with Thomas Brown. The sales & Progression team are extremely professional and supportive. - There were a few instances, where we have to do multiple follow-ups on the statuses on Seller's purchase status. It would have been better if we had a regular update on progress.

Five stars were not given, because, when we pulled off the market, because of the pandemic, we received a letter warning us that we were not to sell through anyone else and, if so, you would charge. Whilst we recognise that this was a standard letter and we could understand the reason for it, we felt that our discussion with you intimated our concern re COVID 19 and our reason for coming off the market was due to this.
