Excellent, Jason and co did all the viewings, so we didn't have to, kept us informed of the transaction, they work very in social hours with evening viewings, very pleased. We had loads of viewings and sold very quickly, just got in before lockdown.Would highly recommend.

Very happy with their service. Viewed quite a few properties in Orpington. The representative Amy was always very professional and friendly, giving us all the details we needed and not pushy with the sale. After we decided on the property we wanted to buy, she also helped a lot. The service had a lot of personal touch, really making you feel you are a valued customer.
Excellent service over an extended period considering I am based in the North East of England and unable to attend the property in person.I was able to leave the keys with the sales office and they arranged and conducted the viewings keeping me regularly up dated with progress.Once a sale had been agreed they communicated between all parties until the sale was concluded.
Sellers be aware! We expressed an interest in viewing a property marketed by this firm based in Orpington, however after answering a few of their generic questions were advised that they are “Too busy to facilitate a viewing”. “Why” I hear you cry, we were advised as we have not got a firm offer on our current property. The property in question was first listed for sale; July 2019, a further 5 price fluctuations then followed, with properties typically selling within a few months, one would have thought that they would have been going above and beyond to shift it. Clearly not and one is left wondering what they are doing and telling the vendors....It begs the question. Good luck to the poor sellers and beware to the rest considering this firm.
