Initial valuation and advice was both sensible and realistic leading to a buyer within two weeks of marketing the property. This is in stark contrast to other similar properties in the road hanging around for months due to being too expensive. Post sale Liz in the progression team provided clear feedback and was excellent and supportive in seeing the sale completed. Overall a great experience and a company I would both recommend and use again.
We've recognised that Thomas Brown has the best selection of properties in Orpington and went with it to purchase our first home. As first time buyers everything is overwhelming, we didn't even know such thing as Sales Progressor exists but we're so glad it does.
