I currently have an ongoing claim, and up until November I was kept in the loop as to what was going on. Since then however, I have heard nothing, despite several emails and call back requests no one has had the courtesy to reply. I appreciate I am not the only client but it is very frustrating not knowing what is going on. Very disappointed with the service I am receiving

Absolutely useless wouldn't recommend.If you work for a government organisation such as the ambulance service, or also the police and require support and get directed to Thompsons go elsewhere. After resulting an injury at work which has left me with scaring, physical long lasting injuries as well mentally. Yet I have not enough evidence to claim. Clearly not wanting to pursue against them. Total waste of time.
I filled in the online form, got a text next day to say they'd contact me on that number. Didn't bother calling me back, despite an email prompt to ask them to call me. No response to email. Very unprofessional and rude. Edit post response: no, sorry, Thompsons already had my details because they sent me a text, I went with another company.
