I was referred to Thompsons by the PCS Union after an accident at work over 4 years ago.Chris Payne has been such a massive support throughout the process and I am pleased to say I settled my claim last week.I am certain his attention to detail, selection of barristers and expert witnesses put me in as strong a position as possible.The process is always going to be difficult, especially with a very awkward defendant and sometimes it was overwhelming. At times Chris cared more about getting the results I deserved than I did and was very empathetic and understanding during my low and dark times that I am really grateful for now I have a result beyond what I expected.There does seem to be a stigma to be “putting in a claim” however when you are on the receiving end of needing long term help and treatment you understand the benefit of having such a good legal team behind you.I have laughed and cried …….a lot but now in a position to be able to put it all behind and plan for our future.Many thanks for everything.
