Led me to believe I’d a good claim for A year and a half for DDA and few days before tribunal said low risk of losing then day after they advised me to withdraw my claim. Absolute shocked and disappointed and felt let down and feel it’s all been for nothing. Should have told me that sooner as felt pressurised in to making a decision as told the cut off time was 5pm about 40 mins before as they not heard from Union to see if they would still pay my fees. Thursday told low risk for losing then you told me to withdraw disgusted Would never use again
My case was handled well and dealt with quickly. I didn’t have to do much other than give all the information related to my injury and not face uncomfortable situations, although it has been difficult at work. I am happy about getting some form of compensation for my injury but, I would have welcomed advice or guidance on the right steps to take when decision making, although I know the final decision is mine.

My claim was successful with this firm. But the lady handling my case I feel just didnt care.Couldn't get a reply sometime for weeks. Excuse give everytime was oh I'm on annual leave.Was down to me to Ring and email to get any sort of update a week or 2 later. I feel the claim could have been settled alot sooner if the handler just put abit of effort it.Nothing was done in time it was said it would be just very disappointing. If your looking to have someone handle you case who cares, will put the effort in, in a timely manor. Then I'd avoid these.Will be putting in a formal complaint and also speaking with ombudsman.
