The hosts were great. Truly entertaining stuff and I got what I was looking for which was rare considering I was looking for a long time. Paul and Tierney know their stuff. They describe things in detail and they are very happy and positive people. I love going to their wotnot store
Been scammed by a seller!!! Concerns raised via email to whatnot. Seller did not re supply what she said she would. Had to allow for time in post. Whatnot trying to get out of it because of timefrane.. but original email I sent was within. Will b reporting the seller to police but also whatnot for not acting sooner
So far I’ve gotten some great deals. I’d like to see better explanation of certain things. ie I was watching pocket knives and winner chooses but the boxes were closed. Explain why and how we would know what they are.
It’s great to be able to shop from home. Watching the live streams is excellent you can really see the product you a buying. If you want to know more, you can ask the questions to the seller and they will reply directly in the stream. So far I have only brought from whatnot, but I think it is excellent and hopefully in the future I can sell aswell,
I’ve enjoyed and sat through every presentation I’ve caught. The sellers have been entertaining and professional. All my items have arrived well packed and in very quick time so far and I haven’t been disappointed with anything.
The customer service is wonderful and they have everything you are looking for or need. Most of everything comes as priority mail and packaging is done carefully. Never had any problems with any of my purchases. I would recommend looking here for gifts for whomever.
Now the platform is good for seller. But the company whatnot are the worst experience i have ever had. Support dont know what they are doing. Keep asking and requesting in different time. Don't get back to you. Seller accepted liability but I need to go through whatnot, they still made it long and still on going.
If you buying and dont have any issue then great but be warned if you have issue. Paid by paypal, do it within 30 days to claim.yoir money back as whatnot Support are worst in my experience.

I was honestly a little skeptical but after a few purchases I am definitely hooked. The variety, the prices, just the overall app, the experience,ease of use.
I highly recommend you try it at least once.
Everyone on the shows are helpful and kind. Only problem is shipping. When I order multiple items from one seller I get hit with so many shipping fees Even when it gets bundled together as one package, I am paying too much on shipping
Sellers/hosts are able to cancel orders from live auctions if they don’t think the card went for the value expected. Whatnot does not do anything to the host/seller, other than say “we understand you are upset…”
*there is even an option for the host/seller to make a minimum/floor bid during the auction.
